Currently on 2nd island and surely got to path 5 up to now (I've been taking a little break) and I'm wondering in which do I have my first fly rod?

There is Old, Good, and Super versions of it like past brands appropriate? And Old Rod just catches Magikarp right now? Or Feebas?

Wanting to catch a staryu on path 7 which page says that there's fishing for 1per cent opportunity and fishing special for 20 pecent. If there is only 1 pole then what exactly is fish unique?
