The Fishing Tackle Loaner plan, provided by the Georgia Department of Natural sources’ Wildlife sources Division and State Parks and Historic websites, provides loaner fishing poles and stocked tackle containers to site visitors, at no cost! The goal of the Fishing Tackle Loaner plan is to remove the barrier of requiring your personal fishing tackle and to motivate fishing tasks at Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites.

The Wildlife sources Division provides rods, reels and tackle box gear to participating State Parks and historical internet sites workplaces. Interested visitors can inquire at playground workplace to see the equipment during the day. This system provides a means for budding anglers to test fishing without the need to buy any equipment.
